That entire episode makes me sad. I agree they deserved so much better, or could of at least had Angela in the series finale. They pour salt in the wound having her leave right before the end then they don't reunite like they should have SMH.

Yes, they did. I didn't mind TPTB's decision to give Shawn and Angela an open ending at the end of Boy Meets World. It let us imagine them finding their way back to each other. It makes me sad that TPTB had Shawn and Angela reunite on Girl Meets World just to close the book on them.

Yeah, even though I was annoyed that Angela missed out on the last episode of BMW, I did always feel like they had gotten back together at some point down the line

Like I said before, I always thought if they answered what happened to Shawn and Angela they would break them up. Which is exactly what they did so I wasn't surprised, but I easily ignore GMW as canon anyway. Especially since they broke up him and Angela, but they have him marry someone he barely said more than ten words too. Insulting and ridiculous bs.

Bittersweet pictures. I love how close they were at Cory's house for Christmas, but then Shawn plays games and it goes nowhere. I forgot how sad the episode ends with them both coming back looking down.

That episode takes us on roller coaster ride of emotions!

Even though the ending breaks my heart, I think it was important that Shawn and Angela knew where they stood with each other.

It is an intense episode, I'm always excited when I get to it in a rewatch, because I love the sweet moments, even though the others are hard to watch

Shawn and Angela definitely had some sweet and sour moments, but I do think couples written realistically are always the best as well. Still the best couple on the show IMO!

I completely agree. The fact that TPTB wrote Shawn and Angela so realistically is one of the main reasons I connected with them.
