I think it's the one where Cory pushed Alan & then Eric did too - I think that Alan was trying to get in some good bonding time in with Morgan at the end of the ep

^ That was going to be my guess. I just watched the episode. That last scene was awesome! When Alan asked Morgan if they had a good relationship, that they talked and had fun, and Morgan told him that they did, he commented, "I should've had all girls."

I'm not sure, maybe it was because Morgan was a girl, Alan's relationship with her was a little different than what he had with Cory & Eric

^ I think you're right. It seemed like Alan didn't have to try so hard to make sure he and Morgan had a complete relationship. It was very natural and effortless. She knew that she could talk to him if she needed help or guidance with a problem, and he always made sure they had fun together.
