I really love that TPTB have us warmer, friendly interactions between Farkle and Maya. I wonder what caused Maya to shift from 'hostile' interactions to friendly interactions.

I think the Farkle's Choice episode was probably a big part of it, & with Farkle being less flirty with her & Riley

Aw, I love that moment(!), especially the part where Farkle told the class that he had been keeping Maya's drawing in his pocket where his phone used to be, and that he kept looking at it. Maya looked so touched by that!

She did, I don't think she ever really thought that she could create something that other people would like before that moment

^ Yes! It was so huge that Maya's drawing made an impact on technology-reliant Farkle. Maya seemed so touched that he not only appreciated her talent but that he also carried the drawing she did around with him.

It's obvious that Maya would have been very comfortable in Farkle's world.

^ That's true. I imagine that Farkle would have had some foods and other items that would have made Maya feel comfortable and welcome in his home. I wish we had gotten to see the effort that Farkle would have made for Maya. =)
