Yeah, I think they knew that quickly. And Shawn pretty much was an honorary member of the Matthews family.

^ That's true. I think Alan and Amy would have stepped in and interfered if they thought that they needed to step in. Since they figured out that it was a harmless prank, they let things work out the way they were supposed to.

^ Oh, yeah. Josh's answer would have been right-on in every situation...except a family gathering at Christmas. Clearly Cory was too excited by the day's events and his guests spending it with him to stay awake.

 I wish we had gotten another Matthews family gathering/party just so I could find out if Cory fell asleep at every gathering/party he had, or if his mid-gathering/party nap at Christmas was the exception.  __________________

I love that TPTB expanded the Boy Meets World universe to include Cory and Topanga's family in Girl Meets World. I still felt the same vibe, which was awesome!  __________________
