I'm going to have to re-watch the episode to know for sure, but judging by the transcript I skimmed, I gathered that Katy knew that Anastasia was from Possum Trot, Arkansas, not France, and that her name was Bobbie Jo Thibodeaux, not Anastasia Boulangerie. Even though Katy could have told everyone about Anastasia's past/who she really was, she kept her identity a secret. __________________
