^ Ah. I'm re-watching the episode now to see why Jack is . I got it! I was wrong. Eric didn't cause Jack to facepalm. They decided to play an honesty game where they put everyone's name in a hat and they took turns drawing names. The person whose name each person drew got to ask that person anything they wanted. That was Jack's reaction to Angela drawing his name.

Yes, it was. I love that he sat there for twenty minutes, and all that he could come up with that it bothered him that she left hair in the shower which clogged up the drain.

Yes, it was. Do you think Jack would have tried so hard to come up with something that bothered him about Rachel if Rachel hadn't said that she thought he was too passive/that he needed to voice his opinions more? =)
