Season 1 ends with Lucas asking Cory's permission to go on a date with Riley. He agrees but insists that Maya and Farkle go with them.

IT'S SO CUTE. THE ENDING IS MY FAVORITE.

R: “Do you remember your first date with dad?“

T: “We were two years old and we played in the playground. No, we were eight and we caught fireflies. No, we were in sixth grade and we kissed against the lockers. No, we threw socks into a laundry basket. No, he fell into a llama pen at the zoo. No, that was his first date with Shawn. ”

I loved this episode, probably my favorite from the entire season.

loved all the farkle moments with lucas and then the two girls. the date with maya was pretty funny.

maya/riley are adorable friends!

lucas was so cute the episode wanting to ask riley out and their date was cute too. i don't ship them much but i can appreciate their moments. the kiss was pretty lame though, it was just too short. i realize this is disney but a think a longer peck would have been fine.

i have some thoughts on lucas/maya but ill post about that in their own thread.

JOSH MATTHEWS. he's such a cutie, i adore his little flirtation thing with maya and i want to see more josh/riley moments as family, they are sweet together.

I loved this episode. Topanga listing her and Cory's first dates and her defying Cory's protests about Riley and Lucas' date were great. I also love to see any and all bonding time between the best friendships between Riley and Maya and Lucas and Farkle. I also really enjoyed what was going on between Auggie and Ava.

No matter what happens between the four main kids I want them to always remain a group of friends.

I just watched this episode, it had some cute moments in it. My favorite was Topanga listing all of their first dates. It made me excited for season two.
