^ What is one Riley/Lucas scene that you like to imagine happened in Texas Part One? I can see that. TPTB knew that things had changed after Part One, so they probably thought that the following two episodes should be named Part Two and Part Three.

I only have two or three shows that I can say that about. Friends is definitely worth many re-watches. It's such a great show.

I'd have love to see Lucas showing them where he lived and showing them the animals and how good he was at taking care of them, the gang asking things about farm/animals they're not familiar with and Lucas explaining to them. As for Rucas, maybe a scene with Lucas showing to Riley his favorite/secret spot/place as a kid and telling her about it. Is that too much to ask?

This is from my favorite OTH couple Nathan/Haley

^ Ooh, those are great scenes! And no, they wouldn't have been too much to ask. I would have wanted to see him talking to her about what his life was like for him in Texas. He could have maybe spoken about how he carries his experiences with him. Then he could have told her that he was happy that he got to have new experiences in New York...with her.

Aw, that quote is so much love! I love Nathan and Haley! They are one of my OTPs too. Gah, that episode was such a trip. I love that someone used that quote for Lucas and Riley.

Aww, that sounds sweet too. See, that would've made sense. Since they were in his hometown, that's the kind of scene that you would expect.

Yay! But really, how can you not love Nathan and Haley? That scene fits Rucas as well. I can totally see Lucas asking something serious and Riley coming up with a silly answer.

I liked that OTH episode, I love when tv shows do AU episodes, and I love how with both NH and RL, they always find their way to each other.

^ I kind of wish Texas had been a two-parter or an hour-long block with the following two episodes titled as Aftermath...or something not so lame. That way Lucas could have shown his friends (especially Riley) what Texas means to him.

I have no idea. They were the reason that I watched One Tree Hill. I was hooked on Nathan/Haley when I started watching season one, and I stayed hooked for all nine seasons. That's why it's perfect for Riley and Lucas. They're so silly sometimes.

Me too! It was so much fun to see all of the characters slightly different from the people that we loved. I like that. They do seem to always find their way to each other.

Exactly. They take the kids all the way to Texas to not make it about Lucas?

Same! I've loved them since season 1 and they were the reason I watched OTH. And I see a lot of similarities between them and Riley and Lucas.

^ That question will forever confuse me. I guess fanfiction is the best bet for Lucas/Riley in Texas scenes.

Aw, look at them! The last part is giving me some serious feels. "Thank you for believing in me." <-> "I want to thank you for believing in me."

^ I bet. I'm going to do a quick check tomorrow to see how many shippers felt like Texas was a missed opportunity for Lucas and Riley to get closer in Lucas' old hometown.

When one of the characters feels like they can't do something but they have someone in their corner that believes that they can do it -- I really love that about ships.

^ I know! I can't believe we're a little more than a month away from marking one year without Girl Meets World. Were you at least happy with the way we left Riley and Lucas in Goodbye?

I'm doing well. How are you, Mandy?

^ From what I've heard, TPTB tried really hard to find a new home after Disney chose not to renew Girl Meets World. It just didn't work out.
