It sucks that Rachel didn't recruited Eric when she recruited Jack, and that Jack didn't try to change her mind about that. If they had recruited Eric from the beginning, I think the war would have ended before it really began and things wouldn't have gotten so bad.

Yeah, that made me feel really bad for Eric too - & I definitely agree that the whole thing would have ended sooner if Eric had been more involved

Because the war would have ended sooner if they had been on the same side.
