I was just watching some episodes from the earlier seasons and I loved them back then, too. I really loved the pilot, where Cory helps Eric ask out that girl that he screwed up his date with.

I remember that... he hands eric the phone and tells him to take the girl to a movie since there wont be much talking. It was funny and a great brotherly moment.
