Boy Meets World: The 25th Year

On September 24th 2018, Boy Meets World will mark its 25th anniversary. Many of us here grew up with this series, with its characters, and its influence and its importance remained, and grew, and brought about a new chapter in the form of Girl Meets World. While this chapter has now come to an end, the overall legacy of this world lives on, and for that reason, a great celebration is in order. And that's exactly what we plan on having, here on the Girl Meets World forum. We will be hosting a yearlong event where, on each month, we will spotlight one character or group of characters each from Boy and Girl Meets World, with a number of events and activities. The spotlights will be assigned at random from the lists below (with two exceptions, Couples in February, and Cory & Riley Matthews in the final month).

The events and activities will include:
Watches of a select number of episodes highlighting the spotlights of the month;

Games (such as 300-word story, This or That, Hangman, etc) centered on them;

Trivia;

Fan art/fan fiction/fan videos showcases;

Discussion topics/questions bi-weekly.

The threads connected to the celebration will be marked as such if they can't be topped, the better for anyone wishing to participate to find them. We will also use this opportunity to spruce up a number of OPs throughout the board that deserve some updating, if anyone wishes to pitch in, please get in touch with me. You can participate as much or as little as you want or are able to. If certain spotlights interest you less, that's quite alright, and if you never watched GMW but love BMW, or the other way around, you can focus on the side you know and leave the other be... unless you might want to take this opportunity to take a leap into the unknown...

The year will lead to an in-board posting challenge over the final month (August 25th to September 24th 2018), with the chance to earn special titles to celebrate that 25th anniversary of Boy Meets World!

Alright, today's the day, the 25th year begins! Yesterday, Boy Meets World had its 24th anniversary, and so here we go! If you would like to be added to the event participant list, just let us know (even if you will be coming and going, you can still be added)

Some additional details:

Spotlights have been topped, dedicated game threads (hangman, this or that, 300-word story) have been identified.
Watches will take place in the characters' threads. Live watches may be scheduled if people show interest in having one, otherwise you basically have a week to watch the given episode (as marked in the OP) and come discuss it with us in the character threads!
We will be holding TRIVIA THURSDAYS in this thread... on Thursdays
If you have any fan art (icons, videos, gif sets, fic) either self made or not, that you would like to share with us, we would love to see them, in the topped character threads!

Lastly, we have our discussion questions! This will take place in this thread as well, so let's roll!

I took the transition from Lily to Lindsay as evolution of the character. Lily's Morgan was the cute little sister who would come in and steal the scene from the other characters, and Lindsay's Morgan was the younger sister who would come in and throw a bit of spunk into the scene. I still think of the transition that way.

I honestly can't remember understanding it at the time

I mean I was just about the age the kids were at the time, I'm not sure I even realized they were two different girls back then
