Tina I'm going to college in August, too!
 Wait, how old are you? I don't understand the [whatever number] grade system thing. Like when are you a sophomore and blah blah? Anji The bbq was fun! The only bad thing was that people were turning up late  but oh well. And after it was over I (and the fellow organisers) stayed over at our friend's house (which was where the barbecue was held), and we were watching stupid movies and talking and it was really great. Oh and you can call me Gwen if you find Gwendolyn too long  Bacon is nice. I prefer eggs though. But reading about bacon makes me want some. One more hour to lunch break! Hooray. __________________

Here is the grading system for me: Kidergarden to 5th Grade = Elementary/Grammer School 6th Grade to 8th Grade = Middle/Junior High School 9th Grade to 12th Grade = High School 9th Grade: Freshmen 10th Grade: Sophmore 11th Grade: Junior 12th Grade: Senior After all of those grades come college. What about you? How many years are you going for? |

I'm 21, so I'm pretty much out, still taking classes her and there though.
Gwen (thanks, for letting me call you that), awww, sorry people were showing up late, but it does sound like you had a blast! What were some of the movies you guys watched? And, were you stuffed? |

I didn't eat that much - after a while I just looked at food and didn't feel like eating. So I wasn't stuffed or anything. But we had ice cream later while we were watching Scary Movie 3 and Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle
both of which I was watching for the first time. Haha Anji no problem! Most people call me Gwen anyway. It's just much easier I'm 19! Our system here is different. It's horribly long and complicated because there are different routes you can take (which is good), but anyway I'm going to National University of Singapore (you might have heard of it before), and it's an automatic 4 year course to an Honours degree, but if at the end of three years you don't think your GPA is good enough then you can leave with a basic degree. I'm most probably going to do psychology! You? __________________

Jeez! I feel old with all that you guys posted. I already am a graduate. How old are you guys usually when you graduate uni? Our system here works this way... Kindergarden and prep - 3 - 7 years old Elementary (from Grade 1 - 6) - 7 - 13 years old High School (1st year - Freshmen; 2nd- Sophomore; 3rd- Junior; 4th -Senior) - 13 - 17 years old University (1st to 4th (but depending on your major)) - 17 - above I graduated at the age of 20. Tina I just recently watched the season finale of CSI. Ohhh... Grissom and Sarah huh?! __________________

Well ours is horribly confusing (and guys have to serve in the army, too) but for me I enter university at the age of 19 and graduate 3 or 4 years later. Long way more for me!
Ice cream is good. I ate ice cream when I was in England in spring. It was good, still __________________

Gay: Hehe! What did you think of the episode? Anji: Aw... maybe another time. I haven't been around (last few days) and probably won't be for the next couple of days. My mom went away and I got stuck here babysitting my three dogs... ALONE. So, they are draining out all of my energy. I'll still post, though.... just not constantly. |
