It's been a while since I made decent art & I only can work with Picasa, Photoshop is becoming more and more unclear on how to work with it.

Picasa is quite easy to use and i use it mostly to make collages. Photoshop on the other hand is to be able to make the best and most times heavenly artwork possible if you know how to use the program... Just compare my collages from the OP with the first 2 pieces :) |
Honestly... I've never used any of those programs :look:
