If you notice what happens at the start of the season, the premiere is always the ending. I think by season finale Owen and Amelia are going to be a real couple.

Press release for 12x02: "... and Amelia works to define her relationship with Owen".

I wish she had someone to talk to about Owen ... The only person she ever talked to about that was Derek (and Meredith, but only after she asked her, and this didn't go well...).
I wish she had someone to reassure her, to encourage her. She doesn't really have other people she is close to. I would love her to talk with Arizona or Callie about Owen. Or Richard. Or Stephanie! I liked their mentor/mentee relationship.

And btw ... I am really glad that Grey's is back! I am looking forward to the new season with you guys here in the Omelia thread and in the forum :blush:

I feel like Arizona would be the right person for Amelia to talk to Owen about. They both could use a friend, and I liked it when they worked together last season. They definitely seem like they could be friends.

I believe there was an article or something that said that Owen ended up needing to live with someone he wasn't expecting to. At first I thought Arizona, but now I'm leaning towards April looking for someplace to live (on a temporary basis) until things are resolved between her and Jackson.

The reason I'm saying it here is because I think that sets up Amelia talking to April about Owen, and possibly April talking to Amelia about Samuel. I think Amelia and April could both use a friend. It could be an interesting living situation, and hopefully pretty short-term.

I also read this article and thought about with whom Owen might end up living and after the last episode I thought it is Callie. She and Arizona sold the house; now Arizona needs someone to share an apartment with, but they never mentioned how Callie is living now. And as Owen and Callie spoke about personal stuff again (Amelia) I thought maybe the two of them ended up living together.
But with April coming back, she is the only one who is kind of homeless now.
I also thought about April and Owen living together before, but after the last episode Callie came to my mind.
Maybe we'll see on Thurdsay?

And whether April is living with Owen or not - I would love to see April and Amelia bonding! But I honestly think they won't do it... (I mean adress Amelia's baby again...). I think they want to show Amelia's fun side and not the devastated Amelia from last season... Idk... Maybe I'm wrong ... we will see! ;)
