I want their bond to stay strong and for them to be together whether platonic or romantic. I'm not picky as long as they're together and happy and there for each other.

Edit: OMG! He was sleeping in HER bed ALL DAY! I can't explain it but it makes me super happy to know that he felt best in her bed. I love them even more now. And how Meredith pushed him down after that basically like seriously you put me through hell all day and yet you were here the whole time. I love it!

^^ If they were going to anytime soon, that would be the time. The fade to black as they were both saying, "All day," definitely had a sexy vibe feel to it. Chances are it was nothing like that since from the promo it looks like it picks up where it left off and Maggie is there, but it's still nice to imagine for now.

Its so mean that Shonda knows a lot of people want Merlex so she keeps teasing us but no pulling the trigger so to speak yet.

Yes Meredith and Alex should not sacrifice their friendship for a possible romantic relationship. That would be pointless and unfortunate.

The thing about that is that whether it would go bad or not depends on where Shonda wants to take it if she were to ever go there. I've known many great friendships in real life to go onto be great relationships, too. The only difference is that real life is one thing but tv goes however the writer wants it to.

But lucky for me, just as long as Meredith and Alex keep getting good scenes, I'm fine with them being whatever Shonda wants them to be. We can all want and think what we want but at the end of the day, Shonda has the final say.
