Alex and Meredith live together under one roof. So if she invites Nathan to stay overnight he will find out soon enough what's going on between them.

If Alex finds that so well when Meredith invites Nathan and that he sleeps with her, do not know. But I can hardly imagine that Nathan often sleeps with Meredith when Maggie is there as well.

I dont expect we will see Alex at all though considering he gets 30 seconds screen time each episode IF that.

I don't think we'll see much of him in the next episodes. It's almost season end. Maybe when Jo gets a storyline that he is involved too. :shrug:
