Possibly, but I kind of read it as Melissa wasn't in the scene. I think that may be the most likely, though, that waking up scene was intense.

Oh yeah, now that I re-read it, it can be that Melissa wasn't in it. Maybe a scene with her mom or Hank then.

There's one where J'onn tells Alex about his daughters being killed, if Melissa isn't in the scene it could be that one. The most emotional scenes are always Kara/Alex, though.

Back to Grey's Anatomy... just watched the AU episode. I didn't realize how much I've missed Lexie, even if that was an AU episode and reminded me of a much earlier role Chyler had as a teenager.

This is why I think she didn't left peacefully. I heard some blah blah from Shonda about her father not appearing because he was on Scandal which airs hour later, but they had no problem with actress who is playing Meredith's mother doing so. They did Mark episode, but what about Lexie? They could also invite her second sister if they couldn't "use" her father.
Did she even appeared in flashbacks past S9? I mean even Derek and Cristina did after their departure. Overall I think it was second most disrespectful death after Derek.

I do have to agree with you there, Patrick and Chyler's characters were written off in pretty bad ways. They are a fine actor and actress and deserved a hell lot better from the show that put them on the map.

But do I think Patrick and Chyler caused drama behind the scenes? Nope. I think it was something beyond their control, in their lives, that Shonda didn't like. She tried to negotiate with them and it was nonnegotiable and she got pissed off and decided to kill their characters off in the worst way ever.

Months before Derek's death it was actually reported by Page Six Dempsey was playing "Diva" BTS.
We won't ever know why and how much of a "diva" he actually was, but from Shonda side it was unprofessional either way. It seems like she can't separate professional and private life.
Speaking about Lexie. Well, I know she has fans, but overall I don't think "Meredith's sister" plot worked as they intended. Show started losing ratings during 4th season and the fact that all interns that were introduced with her didn't happen... I like her still, but she was definitely ruined by writers, IMO. So they just got rid of her.

Yeah, he started to have issues with wife in the fall of 2014, which would be a few months before Derek got killed off. I do agree that whatever happened between Patrick and Jill did not reflect on him as an actor at all. He could have stayed on the show but taken a temporary leave while he dealt with his marital issues.
Yeah, about that, unfortunately, I don't think there really was much chemistry between Chyler and Ellen, which is why the writers never pursued the "Meredith's sister" bit beyond season 3. Ellen, Kelly, and Caterina have chemistry together, which is why the writers are focusing on it more now.

I do believe Lexie was the better sister than Maggie, though.

I might like Maggie if they didn't push her on us so hard. I also saw this actress on Scandal and I think they didn't do a good casting for this role. I don't think she is a strong actress, especially not when she is always with Amelia, who is played by very good actress.

Caterina is a fantastic actress, and I wish they'd brought her on earlier. I think she and Chyler (Amelia and Lexie) could have had awesome scenes together. I don't know if they've ever interacted, but I like the Amelia/Lexie sisterhood a bit better than the Meredith/Amelia sisterhood.

But Amelia/Meredith sisterhood is still a hell lot better than Meredith/Maggie sisterhood.

I prefer Maggie/Meredith only because I'm so tired of A/M fighting, even if they have much better chemistry.
