Stepping down as your mod
I'm stepping down. I've been getting busier and busier. I don't have the time to mod as much as I've used to...and much like Izzie, I need to quit and spend some time away.
It wasn't an easy decision. But I'm sure a lot of you here would enjoy the position. Even though this is a TV board, it didn't feel like one. Everyone conducts themselves with a lot of class around here. It made modding here a great pleasure. I've enjoyed all the intelligent, thoughtful, and funny posts. It was never boring. And of course, I need to thank Christy. She such a great person, and a lot of the board's success has to do with her. She's one of the nicest people I've met (and I'm including real life). I'll still be around here and there. You won't get rid of me that easily.  I still enjoy GA and the fandom immensely. I wish everyone here the best of luck with their schooling, careers, and families.  __________________

I totally understand! I had wanted to be a mod at one point for some boards, but realized I dont have the time either.

Like I said in the PM I sent to you earlier, Pia, I'll really miss sharing the mod position here with you, but I certainly understand RL bringing time constraints to your modding time...it's an issue I've actually been grappling with the past little while myself...
  Anyway, I've really enjoyed getting the chance to know you as well, and am glad to hear you'll still be stopping by from time to time... And if you ever would like to talk about anything, even off the boards, you know where to find me...__________________

I can understand though. If I didn't have internet access at work, I wouldn't be able to be around, so I know what RL can be like I just want to tell you that since the first moment I arrived to this board I thought that you and Christy were great mods, always taking your time to reply everybody, and welcome everybody... so I want you to go away knowing you did a great work, and for that I thank you  I am glad to know that not being a mod anymore doesn't mean you won't be around, because you would be missed __________________

Alright, I'll try to be a grown-up about this. I'm going to miss you. And you should know that you've done a fantabulous job. I'm sure it must have been a very difficult decision and you've got absolutely nothing to feel bad about. At least we'll get to see you, still.  __________________
