So from now call the ships and/or characters by their names, and not names give to them by negative association.

~ No actor or writer-bashing, please. This is a rule. We are all welcome to criticize the characters and the stories but making negative personal comments about the actors, the creator or the writers are unacceptable. Unless we know these people personally, we have no right to talk negatively about their personal lives, even in a speculative way. Let's keep our comments to the fiction part of the show, shall we?

I'm very worried about the Jo/Meredith confrontation because I feel like on this show no character who confronts Meredith ever ends up looking good. Jo has valid reasons to assume that Meredith doesn't like or respect her and after being silent for two seasons it was time she spoke up. But even in the sneak peek Meredith showed absolutely no self-awareness which will probably make people side with her and not see Jo's point either.

And yes, telling a widow to get her own boyfriend is rude and out of line, I know. But so has been Meredith's behavior towards Jo in the past two seasons. And she made Jo feel insignificant and like a third wheel in her own relationship (Shonda's words, not mine) so I get where that came from. It's not because Jo is jealous of Alex's friendship with Meredith (at least as far as I can judge) and I'll be very disappointed if the writers end up making it about that to make Jo look even worse.

This is about how poorly Meredith has been treating her for no good reason (again, Ellen's words, not mine) and I hope they can finally solve this stupid storyline. I hated it from the moment it started in 11x01 and so far nobody could give me a good explanation for Meredith's attitude towards Jo anyway. It was handled sloppily and crappily and I need a resolution to it already.

Again and again cool the Sneak Peeks. Funny when the woman has jostled in front in front of a woman. And the view from Nathan and Amelia. :D :D

I really liked this episode.

Owen and Amelia are cute. Glad Jo and Mer kind of worked things out. I like the new army doctor but showing up was kind of weird. Nathan was very likeable in this episode.
I wish we could've seen some closure with Amelia's patient though. I'm glad she's better with Penny, that's good for her. I thought Penny was going to explain what happened with Derek, I think that needs to happen at some point.

I can see some trouble ahead for Bailey and Ben.
I really liked Arizona this episode but at the end...not cool girl, not cool.
