Definitely my favorite episode so far. So powerful, all the characters' stories and the patients' stories were very emotional.

MVP of the ep definitely goes to Torrey, she killed it. Especially the delivery scene, it was so well done. And baby Owen is so precious!

Manstead are the cutest. Helen needs to back off Will, he has been Nat's rock, she needs someone like him in her life. I felt so bad for him. But I do enjoy the slow burn these two are getting. I am a sucker for angst.

For the first time, I liked Connor. The story with his mother is tragic. And I felt for him, he was so passionate about those patients.

The story of the little boy was so heartbreaking! I liked Sarah in this episode and Dr. Charles handled the situation so well.

Overall, incredible episode in my opinion.

Yes! I felt the same way about Helen. Stop meddling woman!!! I felt my heart break when Will was standing outside Nat's door with the flowers.

I mean, I understand where she's coming from. She's still grieving and her son's baby is being born. I understand how Will being there would make her uncomfortable but she basically told him to leave and I don't think she had the right to do that. Especially since Nat really wanted him there and even asked for him during the delivery, and then Helen lied to her. I didn't like that.
Will standing like a lost puppy with those flowers...

I cried so much last night. For some reason I've turned into a sappy TV watcher. I never used to cry so easily, but now everything makes me cry.

I was about to curse the writers out if they killed Natalie's baby and made her lose a husband and a son, but thankfully they didn't go there. I wouldn't put it past a DW show. <Note: I don't follow spoilers, which makes for a more compelling TV watch. I'm glad to have given up spoilers for all shows now. >

I don't really ship anyone, though... I find the cases more interesting than the characters on this show. Which is fine with me. I don't need to get emotionally invested in relationships/characters after what happened last time I let that happen.

Anyone else think Claire is extremely pretty? Have her on more often.
I'd like to see her and Connor's relationship get better.

Overall I really loved this episode!

Natalie's mother-in-law got on my nerves. She needed to take a couple steps back. I get that she lost her son not that long ago, but at this moment it wasn't about her it was about Natalie. Will has been a great support to her and she needed him there. I was going to upset if he didn't come into the room in the end, so glad that wasn't the case.

Sarah and the whole situation with that family was heartbreaking. The moment she broke down in the bathroom, ugh. Dr. Charles helping with the situation was done well too.

Wow about Connor's mother. What a tragic thing to happen and it makes we wonder two things, was he there when it happened and what was the real reason behind it? I wonder if Connor's father had an affair. Either way it looks like its' connect to Connor's father.

The saving grace about Halstead for me is his friendship/crush on Natalie. I love them together and I appreciate that the angst factor hasn't been cranked up to overkill. It's innocent enough. I get where her mother in law is coming from and I think Halstead made the right call in backing off. Where's Natalie's family though? It's weird that they're never mentioned. With everything she has going on you'd think that they'd be more involved.

Rhodes overreaction to everything in the episode was annoying. His lecturing of Goodwin bugged me too. It was out of her control.

Is the running theme in this show that every episode one of the doctors tries to resuscitate someone to no avail while another doctor looks on and then says "he/she's gone". It's happened every episode now.

Poor Dr. Reese that was a horrible situation. The actress is so pretty.

Maggie has annoyed me both this epsiode and the last by being so dismissive towards other doctors. Also is she a midwife? I thought her mother was.

I enjoyed this episode a lot, I found all the cases to be really interesting.

Will/Natalie continue to be adorable. I loved watching him help her walk around he hospital. Her mother in law was so rude essentially telling Will to back off. Like, wtf lady. She lost her husband, she was grieving and now she has someone in her life who she can light up around and who is there for her and she wants to take that away from her too? She wants to dictate who Natalie chooses to be around? I'm sorry but that is just wrong. I wish he wouldn't have listened to her... Will kind of annoyed me though in his attitude towards Rhodes.

Thank God Natalie's baby was okay. Torrey did a great job in the episode!

I was totally on Rhodes side during this episode, him trying to help the girl from being deported was really sweet. Its so horrible that she got taken away anyways. I also loved learning more about Connor's past and his mom's suicide. The thing with his dad is interesting.. what is going on there? What is the real reason she killed herself? Did he have an affair or something?

The poor boy that had the disease. And it sucked for Reese that she had to tell them the news. I really like the actress. She was a bit cold with her delivery of the news, she could have been a bit more compassionate. But watching her break down in the bathroom was heartbreaking.
