That is so sweet. Thank you for sharing that. I appreciate it. Yes, go, Tracy!!!!!

Kind of a sad story behind it. He said it to a bitter Sophia stan that was commenting bs about Tracy on insta.

Ugh. That's gross. I love Sophia. First to admit, huge fan. But, ew. What is wrong with people? Some stans are like completely divorced from reality. That's so problematic. I'm glad LaRoyce stood up for her.

Tracy, I think does a great job, but regardless, Sophia left on her own terms and was very vocal about it. Misplaced fury at Tracy is unacceptable.

BlondieLeigh 01-19-2021 10:07 PM

It's ridiculous. Got worse this past week.

valleygirlsyndrome 01-19-2021 10:09 PM

What??? Are you serious? What is with people?

Edit: Is that why I can't find her instagram? Oy, vey. I wish fans would be better.

BlondieLeigh 01-19-2021 10:20 PM

Upstead became canon, so they're bitter and apparently that's Tracy's fault for doing her job because logic is irrelevant.

Thank you for the link.

Ugh, that's ridiculous.

Honestly, as much as I liked Sophia, and my on/off feelings for Erin (I did admire her, overall), I hated Linstead. Like thought they were so cringe. It just seemed too convenient for me. And it seemed more lust-filled. Less substance.

From the clips I've seen of Upstead, I think they seem more solid, and have more substance to them. There's a growth there between them, and an understanding, that's not featured in Linstead.

Plus, Linstead just reminded me of Sophia's constant tendency to date her costars. Like, oh, brother. I get you're in a bubble, but it's Chicago. Not Vegas. There are people there other than those whom you work with.

They do have a solid understanding. There's a lot of non-verbal communication, too.

Linstead was kinda toxic, tbh.

I agree. That's the word. They were toxic. Upstead is not like that from what I've seen.

Yeah, and the non-verbal communication. That's true.

Upstead has grown from friendship. There was nothing instant about it, and that was really necessary. It's deep because the writers had the sense to take the time to get there.

valleygirlsyndrome 01-20-2021 12:50 AM

Very true.

I did not like how instant Linstead was. I like that Upstead is a slow burn from friendship to more.

Just love how her hair looks in this picture.

Serious hair envy, tbh
