Idk, maybe it's worth considering that I felt similarly about Connor/Ava (in the sense that I didn't want them to go there) and Med is convincing me, but lbr, can they really manage to convince me twice? It's possible, but idk.

At least we know what way they're going now. I'm glad it's not upstead because I didn't want the partners dating angle again, but I literally feel nothing with upzek. And didn't Adam tell Hailey that he loves Kim but she doesn't want to be with him so he wants to try something with her? He's basically saying he's using her. Hailey is my favourite. She deserves better.

Well she didn't say no so she doesn't deserve better, she deserve what she's got. The moment he said he still loved Kim she should have said seeya later.

It's just a horrible storyline all round and I don't see the point of it. He waited three years, basically pining for her and the best he can do is hook up with a co-worker? Do better writers.

Nah, she definitely deserves better. Based on what spoilers seem to suggest, there's a reason she's accepting less than she deserves and it's something that is common with people that accept less -



The whole thing is dumb. Seems the message they wanted to get across is that he still loves Kim and he doesn't respect Hailey. Nagl.

He didn't force her into anything, perhaps she doesn't respect herself? He gave her the option to not go there again but she chose him. He was honest with her, not respecting her would be telling her that he's completely over Kim.

It's not a good look for either of them tbh. Neither of them are being smart.

You could say that Upton doesn't respect her fellow co-worker in Kim as well, knowing that her ex is still hung up on her but she's happy to jump into bed with him anyway.

I agree the whole story is dumb but he deserves to move on from Kim, it's dragged on way to long I just wish they'd stop all the interoffice hookups. In a squad that has six people it's unrealistic and just a rehash of tired old soap opera tropes.

As long as he's not lying to Upton I don't get the he doesn't respect Upton angle.

Anyway people see things differently. That's the joy of message boards isn't it? Everyone has their favourites and as long as the discussion is civil that's a good thing.

The most disappointing thing about this whole sorry saga is it done for shock value and that the writers don't care about the fans.

If the spoiler thing is anything to go by, that's very possible, if not, then they're really gonna need to explain her complete lack of respect for herself. If he respected her, he would never have been open to it in the first place so it would never have come up. Being honest with her in this situation just seems like trying to clear his conscience. It's not him at all, bad writing, tbh.

Yeah, it's not him moving on I have an issue with, it's the way it's coming about, it's disrespectful to both of them, especially Kim, who is being disrespected twice over in this situation.

At the end of the day, the way this whole thing has started, I can't see it working out at all, and in the meantime it's just going to waste time, annoy the fans, and disrespect the characters.

It really is. Wouldn't be able to have a civil discussion on twitter at all.

I get the first hookup, I mean it happens, they'd been drinking and really we have no idea how it come about...it's the continuing of the clandestine relationship that is really makes them both look as bad as one another.

But as you say, bad writing, not understanding the characters. I don't think they thought this through at all and how it looks on screen they just wanted 'shock value' and that rarely works out well for TV shows. It's screams of desperation on their behalf.

Funny part is, I didn't find it shocking. It was clear they were going one way or the other, and tbh, if they're relying on dumb drama for shocks, they're getting it wrong.
