I did! I was super proud of myself, lol - it came out on a Friday when I was teleworking and I did not start it until I was off the clock, because I knew I wouldn't get **** done.

Second one, albeit with one twist - the Jesus Menendez case is partially lifted from the first book. But generally, the second book. The movie was based on the first book (but as the show suggests, Mickey is supposed to be Mexican-American, so that was some whitewashing, heh).

I'm interested in seeing if they do anything with the first book, because Louis Roulet is such an effective villain, but I'd actually love to see the third book.
