She comes across so mean in the podcast, Mindy tactfully stays silent when those sorts of comments are made.

Tate was on the podcast this week, and I was glad he once again called out all of the actors and particularly the male leads. Mischa gets a lot of disproportionate blame, when as you say it absolutely wasn't her who had issues on set. Rachel constantly references on the podcast that she smoked pot and never learned her lines, but that's seen as cute. If Mischa said the same thing, it would be a massive and much less kind media story

It's interesting that Tate later was almost reported like he was exclusively talking about Mischa, because he wasn't. He actually highlighted Ben one of the first times he talked about it, albeit not by name (it was just obvious from context that it was Ben).

Still don't really get why he just didn't say Ben, since the context he provided could have only been him.

Yes, and a lot of his view comes from his experience of directing that third season episode. I think up to that point, he didn't have any particular issues with the cast.

It sounds like they were all exhausted by the middle of the third season. Thinking back to how long their seasons were compared to the current model, I think anyone would have been frustrated in their shoes. It was very intense and particularly for Mischa as a teenager at the time.

It seems like Mischa was by far being treated the worst of the main cast, too. And Adam has acknowledged that she was not particularly protected or respected by the people in power.

I am so interested in this Con, lol. Mischa never does them!

Definitely and Rachel was probably treated the best, due to her and Josh being tight and all.

Yes, he has! Really appreciate his input even when he doesn't have to provide it (see: other cast members, lol). He's talked about both the professional and personal impact of the treatment Mischa received by those in power on the show. He's been very thoughtful about it.

I think Adam is thankfully empathetic enough to see that even if he and Mischa had a good working relationship, that didn't mean that everyone treated her well.
