I was lucky on BtVS and Angel that he genuinely loved the Buffy/Angel storyline. But man, Cordelia got ****ed over. And Charisma got screwed even worse

He literally fired her - HORRIBLY and splashed his resentment all across the screen - for getting pregnant. Aaron Spelling was probably even shaking his head in wonder.

Something ugly like that, he certainly wasn't upfront with her. And I think she had either had issues getting pregnant or had had a miscarriage or something? So this was a feeling of a "last shot" pregnancy, for him to be as spectacularly awful as he was. Not that any circumstances would have made it acceptable, but every way this could have been as gross as possible, it was.
