I'm pretty sure they know by now how she feels. She hasn't made her feelings secret about how she disagrees with their decisions.

I do think, though, that it says a lot about Kelly that she puts up with it. A lot of other artists would turn a situation like this into more drama. Kelly knows what she wants, and is very honest about her feelings towards RCA, but she also knows how the game is played and how she needs to play it in order to eventually get what she wants. And I have no doubt that she will eventually get what she wants.

It almost sounds more like she is the one that would want to rush the next album so she can get out of the contract faster.
There are people that are saying they think the new song "Poison Candy" is about RCA. Parts of it definitely fit.

Does anyone think that maybe she is trying to get the albums out quick because she wants to stop singing all together. I hope that does not happen I hope when she is done her contract with RCA that ahe will sign on with a diff one but with all the stuff that been going on will anyone want to sign her.

She doesn't have to go to a big label though and I'm not sure she would even want to! I can see her on a smaller label, where she has full artistic control!

People can have huge sucsess on a small label, just look at Taylor Swift!

But Kelly has the added bonus of already having a sucsessful career!

Yeah. I could definitely see her going to a small label. I honestly don't think she'll stop singing anytime soon. She appears to love it far too much. I think she just doesn't like all the 'fighting' with the label.

I think when she does change labels, and I think it's evident now that it's a when and not an if.....I can see her taking a break and doing everything in her own pace! I'm ok with that though, because at least it will be all Kelly.

Also, Reba McEntyre has her own record label....just sayin!

I completely agree with that. And I'm ok with it too because it means that Kelly will be doing what she loves to do, not what the label suits are dictating her.

I'd be OK with that as well. I hate when artists just rush to get material out (though I completely change my mind when it comes to Kelly because I know deep down why she might be doing it). I want her to take her time, put her heart into her work, and then put out her work on a great album! She will do that when she has control.

The good thing is, we know she already has a ton of songs ready to record and produce so it shouldn't be too much of a wait for her first non RCA album, after her last RCA album.

I'd be ok with a year, anything more than 2 and I'd get impatient and she would start to lose fans. Especially the one's who prefer the more commercial Kelly.

At the end of the day though, if she waited 10 years to put out an album, you know it'd be one hell of an album!
