Thanks for the new thread :)

oh looks like we had future title ideas in the OP, I forget to check things like that

A nice original post. I can see Kelly mentioned the S word in the moving picture....I hope all the kids browsing the forum don't ask their mum and dad what it means.  I asked my mum that question once, but she told me it meant something else. ;)

You are welcome. I noticed that when I started the thread, would you like to use one of those instead? Do you mind if I redo the OP?

That gif was in the last OP. I only changed the first one as the previous one was no longer working. It would not surprise me if most children know what it is or have some understanding of it. A lot of television shows and songs cover it and children grow up faster than they used to. They are exposed to things like that way too young. You need to be fifteen to join :ff: and by then they would know what it is, and anyone younger should be being monitored by their parents I hope. My daughter is eight and it would not surprise me if she has some understanding of what it is, but I hope she does not. She has not questioned me and as far as I am aware she has not questioned her father (he would probably freak out and call me about it if she did) though so I have hope she is still completely in the dark :P. It is everywhere though so there are lots of places for them to find words like that, and worse, to question.

No need to change it. If any kids see it, their parents can tell them what it means when they turn 18. :)

A kid once asked me how babies were born, and l said "it's when your mum and dad decided together together one night for some fun". When the kid asked "what type of fun", l said "ask your mum when you are 18 and she'll explain it to you". ;)

Most people know what sex is long before they are eighteen. Actually it would not surprise me if most probably have had it or considered it . My desire to redo the OP has nothing to do with that gif either just so you know.

I'm pretty sure you said a similar thing when the last thread was started FHoK. Children & society is more open than it used to be & things like that aren't as 'bad' as they used to be. I also doubt there are children lurking in the thread who wouldn't know what it is or have been exposed to the word before

Nah, I'm happy with our title & The Crazy Ones was a while ago now so I'm not sure how relevant they still are . If you want to :)

Oh yes, the precious little minds of our youth do seem to have knowledge of these types of activities from a very young age now.

The worst thing is all the inappropiate websites that children can access these days. They are learning about things many years before they should be. It is very hard to protect the youth from these things now since the internet. I googled `s*x' and all types of things come up. I think the age of sweet innocence has ended.

shinebrighterxx 10-14-2015 02:56 AM

it isn't wise to google that word   if parents are smart they've put up filters so words like that are blocked so they can't look them up as the internet is a dangerous place & you never know what you'll get

heartღaflutter 06-04-2017 01:49 AM

I had no clue she appeared on Nashville :look:

Her bits from The Crazy Ones is online :)

I had seen it before but it's still so funny  :rotfl:

shinebrighterxx 06-04-2017 02:19 AM

I keep forgetting to see if I can watch her Nashville appearance

The Crazy Ones was funny   I've got it recorded & watch it sometimes :P

heartღaflutter 06-04-2017 12:14 PM

haha that's cute that you recorded it... I remember watching this a few years ago...
I especially love it when she's in the studio recording that song with that guy and she's all over him

Kelly did a good job here as well acting wise

her upcoming animated film Star is somewhat of an acting gig, we don't see her but we hear her? Does that belong here as well?

This is a pic of Kelly on Nashville

yes  I also like it when she gets SMG to sing

heartღaflutter 06-05-2017 06:51 AM

Phineas and Ferb and King of the Hill is in it too.. That's voice only as well.

haha yes that restaurant scene is funny too! :D :D :D
Her acting here is better then it was on Reba even though that was really cute too!

shinebrighterxx 06-06-2017 12:51 AM

I agree, her acting has gotten better. She should give it more of a chance & see what happens as I think she'd only get better with time
