I'm not surprised she has at least the little two with her on tour. I think it'd be hard for Kelly to leave them behind, especially when they're still so young. The older two could be with their mother though :look:

I'm not sure about Seth, but Savannah seems to be traveling a lot for her horseback riding stuff, so her mom or a chaperone might be with her for that stuff.

maybe she's doing a camp of some sorts? :shrug:

I saw there's at least one article floating around that's decided that River's not a fan of her mother's singing after Kelly tweeted the picture of her sleeping :rolleyes:
