Except this actually shows some love to Kelly's non-English as a first language speaking fans. Something which they could very well need & appreciate right now given pretty much EVERYTHING Kelly is otherwise doing is US-based.

they did a segment with them last week too about animals in the fire I believe over a webcam connection

Obviously I can't speak for other fans or other countries but to me if they see a song in their native language coming from Kelly that's going to be like a little piece of love she's sending to them. She still sees us fans outside of the US & she still loves us even if she can't tour around the world right now. It could also mean that when she does hopefully get to tour again when she gets to those countries she might just sing those other versions for them.

now that would be cool!

It is on a friday, and apparently they only do new music on friday's in the USA so that fits the 'new music friday' vibe

I read something on twitter that she might release all those versions all in the week prior with her own version (without singing it with someone else) which will be released on the final date April 17th.. I wonder how much truth there is to that

I think for the Kelly Clarkson show, in the week of April 13-17 there are all repeats except for April 16th, a tvguide lists that episode as new but the description is vague and general
But I have heard people say who attended the taping that there were no other guests for that episode so that could explain the vague episode description.

It could be the explanation.

I was just making a comment that she can cover any genre and get someone to like it.

I will say that when she is singing and the words are easily heard they hit the heart and make you feel what she is feeling.

I assume she'll perhaps do radio interviews since that's one of the few things possible during this time, so perhaps she'll talk about it...

I am looking forward to this new music though!! Just two more weeks!
