A very interesting topic was brought to our attention by one of our posters today. It's about the number of games from our board. :)

Currently we have the following game threads:

Games

ABC #9
Word Association #12
Luke Quote #4
300 Word Story #9
I Never... #2
Pictures Survivor #3
Quotes Survivor #1
This or That #2
Hangman #2
TPBM #2
Jeopardy
This or That Pic game

Some of them are active, some of them not.

My questions to all of you are:

Do you think that we have too many game threads on the board?

Do you think we should limit the number of game threads?

We are open to any of your suggestions. :)

Well I really can't tell if there are too many.
I personaly post on 4 game threads:

And I've seen that the
ABC #9
Word Association #12
300 Word Story #9
are pretty active too, so I think that those you shouldn't close down since people post on them.

Now the rest I don't know.

I like the This or That Pic game as a game, I just have never posted on the thread.

Nope. I don´t post on all of them, but they are all more or less popular. They keep the board busy, plus they offer a possibility to show your fellow posters that you´re still alive even though you might not feel like really "talking" for some reason. :lol:

No, I think the game threads serve a purpose because they are an easy place for newbies to start posting in, depending on what they like at least they have a variety to choose from. :look:

Well if it gets overly excesive, but I don't think we have to many now.

Hee you can always tell when people put in the [b] tags themselves because they never make the B a capital. That was my random note for the day. :look:

I think it's alright now but i agree with Sam if it gets overly excesive.

I think we're treading a fine line, but for now I agree that we're okay. :) Thank you Luke for bringing this up.

Nope.

I don't think we should unless it becomes a problem. The games we have on this board are pretty much all active except for a couple of them. Games are popular.

I'm going to be the odd person out and say yes. The reason I don't post much is I prefer actual discussion to games, but you shouldn't change anything on my account. But, maybe we could open up more discussion threads.

As I already said you all are free to start any kind of threads (Scott Patterson related threads) future or past projects, individual threads about his movies or as a matter of fact, even about him as baseball player. :nod: :)

And I really appreciate all the opinions posted here... because it's the only way we can make this board a better place. :)
