The Canadian Scott/Luke Appreciation Thread

 I thought that since there's a couple of Canadians floating around this thread (myself included :D) that it would be nice to start a thread for Canadian fans of Scott Patterson/Luke Danes. :D

Happy Posting!

Jeepers! How could I not post on your thread when it's named after me! ;) :D

I know the boy's been to Toronto, at least. That's where the pilot was shot.

Hi Canuck Girl. Don't worry I just started the thread an hour ago.

Hello fellow Canucks,

I wish they would film here in Vancouver, Toronto has had all my fav actors there of late. I would so go and watch them film..

Linda, Toronto does get a lot of American productions, but a lot of my favorites come from Vancouver...Like Brent Butt; Gabrielle Miller; Nancy Robertson; basically anyone involved in Corner Gas, actually.

I'm thinking Port Perry too. I would have to check out "Welcome to Mooseport" again with Ray Romano. It was filmed in Port Perry.

I have no idea where they filmed in Toronto but, you know something wierd? The guy who played Joey in the pilot (the one who hit on both Lorelai & Rory in the very first scene in Luke's diner) went to the same theatre school as me. He was three years behind me. His name is Barna Moricz and he now has a role on the Canadian series "Metropia". Wierd, huh? He also had a bit part in Good Will Hunting (filmed at University of Toronto, by the way)

I used to work in TV and film production around the time that Gilmore Girls shot in Toronto but, alas I was oblivious then. It wasn't even on the air so I couldn't even get excited about them filming in T.O.

Even if Scott P. had crossed my path, I would have been completely clueless. Maybe not clueless to him being hot though. ;) :sigh:
