Thank you for the new thread Es. I really like that banner. It reminds me of my beach property in Gulf Shores, Alabama. I miss that area so much. Never get down there as often as I'd like.

I am at my parents house now. Just made dessert for tonight. It's a trifle. Don't know if any of you know it. I had never made it before, but it sure looks very yummy!

No chocolate. But it is made out of cake with forest fruits and custard and whipped cream. 3 tiers. Recipe here.

I love to cook. I just never do it when I am at home. Mainly because it sucks if you're only cooking for yourself and I don't have a lot of space there.

I just gained 5 pounds with one meal, but it was worth it. The dessert was delicious!! So good! I am stuffed and ready to fall over.
