Madison in Atlanta: Is it true that someone will be pregnant on One Tree Hill?
Yes, I'm hearing Peyton and Lucas will be expecting a child—but things won't go too smoothly. Thoughts?
Source: : Watch With Kristin

I told you all a couple of weeks ago on the Hilarie board that I was waiting to hear about Peyton being pregnant. Well, I finally heard. She is definitely pregnant. This has come from two reliable sources. (I'm not talking about Kristen. I'm talking about two people connected with the show.)

Francis in San Diego: Any word on One Tree Hill?
I'm hearing a rumor that Peyton might not be the only pregnancy on One Tree Hill this season. Guesses?

We should all be laughing at the fact this show has more season's then The OC :lmao:

Thanks for the new thread!

I'm fine with the title.

Bringing this over from last thread.

Yeah. Hard to get into it when we know it is probably all leading to Lucas dying.
 sure is, at this point is see it through.

TFTNT

Why? The OC pretty much sucked all the way after S1. Except that little part where Olivia joined the cast

At least OTH still has some moments (even if they aren't all that frequent :/)

It would be really interesting if they get 13 episodes and they attempted to do what someone suggested last thread, have him on the show, but never on screen. Tricky/impossible to pull off. But it'd be funny to see them try.

I've been laughing at that since OTH got a 6th season. But I hated S4 of OC and never bothered with it so it was all jokes to me, and it deserved to get canceled.

Anything at this point will be funny to see them try to write. It will be interesting to see how Mark does it though am sure it will bring in lulz.

Maybe that's why we got all that phone cell stuff too. If it's all we get from Lucas in S7 we might just try to get used to it now.

Aww ride of your life is playing. That was the first song to be played in OTH's promo for the pilot :bawl:

Staring Chad Michael Murray, James Lafferty and MTV's Hilarie Burton :lmao:

Has any show ever done anything like that? It would be funny to see. I'd like to see how many different excuses they have Peyton say to explain his absence. Since it is going to be a joke without Chad, they might as well have fun with it.

Damn, this sucks. I can't even get excited about Peyton planning a wedding, all I can think is "Save your money for a black dress and a whole lot of tissue, but at least you (and LP fans) will have a baby to make you feel better."

Usually they say that the character is out of town. Kind of like Karen in S5. The execution of that was poor though. I think they did a half decent job in Spin City when Michael J. Fox left because of his Parkinson's disease.

I don't think there was a show where a character was supposed to be around but didn't appear for an entire season. Maybe for an episode or two but not an entire season.
