I think it was a shame that Mark didn't give us much more Peyton/Karen scenes.

So do I. I wish Karen could have come back earlier in season 6 so we could have had more scenes between them.

I get why Karen left because she found out the truth about Dan killing Keith and she didn't want her daughter to be around a man who is responsible for her father not being around. But coming back earlier in Season 6 would have been amazing. Especially when Lucas and Peyton found out about her high-risk pregnancy, Lucas could've used some support during those times he needed to be strong for Peyton :)
