I don't really have concrete ideas, actually, but there are a lot of possibilities. If Luke and Lorelai get married, they can meet at the wedding or any family event later.

I love the idea of them seeing each other at LL's wedding. I think that's a popular one because virtually everyone (not just RJ fans) agrees LL are bound to get married and I don't see how RJ wouldn't both be there.
