That roadtrip episode is a huge favorite of mine. I just love how Rory and Lorelai are together basically from beginning to end.

Yes, that epi is one of the classics! :love: I loved Lorelai & Rory's dialogue & interaction together, it just made the show! It was sad to see them having their own individual storylines separate from each other when Rory went off to Yale. I mean, I understand that's what they had to do cuz it wouldn't have made sense for them to always be together while she was in college, but it did disappoint me a bit.

the college seperation was realistic :nod: but it sucked :lol:

Them being apart so much in Rory's college years is a huge part of why I like the earlier seasons much more. I need my Gilmore girls together!
