Awful
 haven't slept in about 30 hours - tried 3x but my one wrist is  Oh suppose to go see Star Wars in 6 hours but instead going run up to Shoppers get my meds|few groceries and come home to bed__________________

You could try icing it. An over the counter anti-inflammatory like aspirin or ibuprofen should help with the pain.

Chris, happy birthday to the hubby!
 Sarah, whoah. I sleep pretty easily. Give me a place to sit on and I'd most likely fall asleep on it if I'm bored.  Lizzy, how's your week been so far? Any plans this weekend? Party tonight and then will just sleep in tomorrow. It's chilly here and I love this weather.  10 days before Christmas!!!!!  __________________

Picked up my meds Friday morning and slept Noon-10pm or so
 was afraid was gonna be up alnight but think gonna try from 2am-8am in order not to mess up time sleeping cause don't wanna day sleepWrist has improved so probably just over usage on a part of my body that doesn't get use - like peeps that workout get sore sometimes afterwardsLinds over the years always had slight insomnia problems off and on but since starting antidepressants especially this spring had awful insomnia. So since about August have been on an additional medication that counteracts the insomnia but seems dependant on it where if don't take it, don't sleep. So learnt not to run out__________________

Lizzy, I hope you're down with wrapping.  Hey Hannah!  Finally, office party done. Just going to get through this week until my holiday break officially starts. I hope you're all having a great start of the week. It's raining here but I really don't miss the sun and I love this weather. __________________

How was your work party, Lindsay? My last day is Tuesday, and then almost two full weeks off from work!
