Good question, but there's not really a clear cut answer. Generally speaking, the mod managers research the candidates prior to asking for moderator feedback, so we already have our own impression based on the candidate's posting history. We're looking for people with a demonstrated history of regular participation in a variety of threads and have shown that they like to contribute to on topic discussion.
