Your application is confidential. Only the Management team will see your age and the paragraph you write. The Mods or MST for that particular board will recieve a list of candidates and be asked for feedback. We remind them that the application process is considered confidential and that they shouldn't reveal or discuss the candidates.

ETA - if you choose not to reveal your age, we'd make note that your application was incomplete, but you would not be disqualified.

Chris, I'm just wondering how much of an impact feedback from the board moderators is taken into consideration when looking at application? Like is it a 50/50 split between what the managers think of the application and the feedback from the board moderator or what is the biggest factor in choosing an applicant?
