It's cold and rainy here. I got soaked taking out the recycling.

My stomach burned all day even though I have a prescription for acid reflux!

The first day back was simple enough, we had a meeting about all the covid procedures and I set up my stuff on the computer for all my locations. sounds like I’ll have to mostly wear a mask while at work when people are in the same room!

Some of the players I was cheering for in the tennis won, Chris. Azarenka, Medvedev and Thiem are still in it out of all of my favourites.

The F1 GP was amazing! I was pleased that Gasly won and Sainz, Stroll and Norris did well.

The quiet one checking in. It has been unreal in California, where I live. It's getting better, slowly, but it is getting better.

As for me, I'm hanging in there. The hot weather is done for a while, I hope. I like to be able to wear a jacket for a change.

Music still rules my heart, although it's been mostly metal and oldies and of course, I can't let a day go by without listening to K.H.

Wow, the air is so bad here. When I came out of work, even with a mask, I felt like I had to cough and my throat scratched! I’m inside today with my AC fan and my air purifier constantly on.

Funny yesterday, I accidently went shopping while looking like a robber I was wearing a face mask but I had forgotten to take off my sunglasses in the car so I thought, eh oh well. But I noticed a guy looking at me and wondering why and only know do I realize what I must have looked like

Leanne - the forest fire smoke looks to be awful out there! One year when we were out west on vacation, we came out of the hotel in the morning to find the car covered with ash. It was a different experience.

We had quite the thunderstorm here last night. Woke me up for a bit.

The hummingbirds have been really active at the feeders the past few days. they must be getting ready to go south for the winter.

Chris, it flew into a portable building I was in and I couldn't let it be alone in there when I left so I had to carefully catch it in my hands to let it out the door. It was pretty cool, cause I knew how special and rare that was to hold one!



I like John Denver too. His songs are so dreamy and peaceful for zen!
