Thanks so much for starting a new thread Julie. Also for updating the guide.
 Got some new exercises at physio. One is trying to write the alphabet with my foot & ankle to get me moving the foot around in various directions. It's pretty free form.  I can't believe it's September already! __________________

I appreciated that you went ahead and did it. Thought I had this and a game thread to restart this morning, but both were done.
It's a weird exercise, but it gets me moving my foot and ankle. The hummingbirds have been really active the past few days. I enjoy watching them chase each other around. __________________

Last night hubby put the microwave on and neglected to put the green beans in to cook. Then he heard this pop noise ... the microwave is toast. He'll be going to get a new one this morning. __________________
