Congrats Amy! We're both at 3 permanent boards now.
 Thanks Chris.  I am working on my strength as well. I have broken down in tears too many times for them. Though that also means, I care a lot about them.  You don't know how much we really go through unless you step in our shoes. From an outside perspective, we might be strong - especially the parents who have kiddos with special needs, but inside we have our moments of tenderness.__________________
