I know! The weather has been crazy this year. Can't remember ever getting snow on such a regular basis in April.
How is your garden coming? Didn't realize that I needed milk when I was at the store yesterday, so I'll need to go get that today. Hubby's talking about painting inside the hall closet. Dread the thought of pulling everything out of there. It's sure to need a good cleaning in the back. __________________

I planted some beetroot today. I have made a tiny pond out of an old washing up bowl. I will post a pic of it in the Picture thread.

I just recently tried beets again. Not a fan of them cooked, I got a simple slaw recipe for them - peel, shred, toss with olive oil & apple cider vinegar, sprinkle with crumbled feta.
Your pond is cute! I'll bet that the birds will enjoy it. Haven't got to the closet yet. Hubby's going around the other way. Cleaning up my china cabinet is on my list today. __________________

I love cooked beetroot.
