Tina - enjoy your Kindle. I love the convenience of an e reader. Paper books just have no appeal at all anymore. If somebody recommends something, I get it from the e library.

Julie - have the athletes you've been cheering for been doing well?

It's supposed to be hot and humid here today. Other than staying cool, I don't have much planned.

It's hot outside but we have an air conditioner to keep the house cool.

I was woken up by a wrong number at a little after 5 this morning. Not a nice surprise.

A lot of English competitors have done well, Chris, so I'm pleased about that.

It's a hot day today. I have been to my allotment and I am back home watching the Commonwealth Games.

It's feeling very hot here at moment even though it is just after 9:00pm.

It's been the same here, not cooling down much at night.

Just placed my grocery order for the week. The convenience of doing it online is perfect with my limited mobility.
