I don't mind all dressed. If I was buying a flavour, I'd get salt & vinegar.

Went out of town for a bit of shopping yesterday afternoon. Wound up getting 3 new tops. They were on sale, and it's been so long since I've had something new, I couldn't resist.

I've had tomato flavour crisps. I quite liked them. :)

In the UK, there were hedgehog flavour crisps in the 1980s. They were made as a joke but a lot of people liked them, including me.

 I know that there have been some unusual flavours offered, but I've never paid much attention to them.

Housework day for me. Need to wash the floors this week. Not my favourite chore, so I've put it off.

Sulieter 04-09-2022 07:29 AM

I am watching a lot of sport this weekend, golf, F1 and horse racing. :) I don't usually watch horse racing but it's the Grand National today.

TFTNT! :flowers:  :)

Chris 04-10-2022 05:13 AM

aww .. that's a cute pic!

Julie - did you enjoy the competitions?

I need to get out for groceries today.

Sulieter 04-10-2022 06:09 AM

Cute cat!

Yes, I did enjoy them thanks, Chris. I still have one round of golf to go. :)

Chris 04-11-2022 04:29 AM

Hubby trimmed back some trees last week. The branches have been in a pile in a corner of the yard. My brother in law is coming over with his truck this morning to help us get it carted away to the brush pile at the landfill.

Sulieter 04-12-2022 07:14 AM

That's great, Chris. :D

I hope to be doing a lot of gardening soon. It needs to warm up soon!

HappySquared 04-12-2022 09:35 PM

Dropping by... Hi everyone! :)

I just out of nowhere thought of :ff: so here to lurk and occasionally say hello.

Sulieter 04-13-2022 12:50 AM

Hello, Gay.

Chris 04-13-2022 07:02 AM

 Gay. It's lovely to see you again. How have you been?

Julie - I need it to warm up and dry up here before I start to think about gardening.

HappySquared 04-13-2022 07:52 AM

Hey Chris! It's been a while. I'm doing great. How about you?

Hi Julie!

Sulieter 04-13-2022 12:27 PM

Cute avatar, Gay. :D

I managed to do some gardening today. I replanted my tomatoes to my allotment and planted out some marigolds. Apparently, marigolds help to deter pests. :)

Chris 04-14-2022 11:59 AM

Gay - I'm doing well, thanks for asking.

Julie - I still can't imagine planting. We routinely get frost here until the end of May. Having said that, guess it is time to think about replacing the trees we had removed from the front yard last summer.

Sulieter 04-15-2022 11:15 AM

I hope you enjoy choosing new trees, Chris. :)

Chris 04-16-2022 05:08 AM

Thanks Julie. Hubby called the nursery, and they won't have all their stock in until next week, so we'll hold off.

I have a sore spot behind my ear that my glasses are irritating. I've switched to an old pair of glasses and it feels better today.

Sulieter 04-17-2022 01:48 PM

I wear glasses too. It's horrible when that happens.

Chris 04-18-2022 05:02 AM

Can't say I've ever had this particular issue before, but it certainly wasn't nice. It's feeling a lot better now after having switched to an old pair of glasses.

Did you have a good weekend?

Sulieter 04-18-2022 08:44 AM

That's good, Chris. :)

Yes, thank you. I hope you had a good weekend, too. It's been a long weekend here because of Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.

HappySquared 04-19-2022 12:06 AM

Happy Easter guys! Sorry, a bit late. :)

Chris 04-19-2022 05:00 AM

Julie - it's the same here. Although Monday was only a bank, post office, school holiday. Most people have to work.

Gay - thanks. I hope you enjoyed your weekend.

Got some really nice, flavourful strawberries at the store yesterday.

Sulieter 04-19-2022 05:03 AM

Thanks, Gay!

I love strawberries. I have left my strawberry plants from last year at my allotment. They have spread so I hope to get a good crop this year. That's if I can keep the slugs away. :)

Chris 04-20-2022 05:08 AM

I find there's a real difference in flavour between the local strawberries we get in June, and those imported to the grocery store. We pig out when strawberries are in season here.

There was an ambulance next door this morning. Lorie is in her late forties, so not that old but has had some health issues. Hope all turns out okay for her.
