Sorry about your cat Leanne.

I've only been watching the Olympic figure skating.

Sorry about your cat, Leanne.

My favourite skier, Matthias Mayer, has won a bronze medal in the Downhill and a gold medal in the Super G so I am very happy.

That's exciting!

Need to catch up with the men's figure skating this morning. Although I've already spoiled myself and looked at the results.

It's a shame that you found out the results, Chris. I try not to look at results but it can be hard.

I hope everyone has a great weekend.

For a tv show or movie, I don't want to know what's going to happen. I was too curious the other day to find out how the competition went to wait to actually watch it. I'll try to be good today and not spoil myself for the ice dance standings.

Another wintery day here.

I don't deliberately look for results. I want to be surprised.

It's raining here but I have decided to go out to get an Indian takeaway. Something mild because I don't like very spicy food.

For sports events, I figure it might be on the news, so might as well satisfy my curiousity. Also, while I'm watching I can try to understand why the judges gave the marks that they did.

What did you get? I like chicken korma.

Indian food is delicious although some is too spicy for me. I feel lucky cause I live in one of the most highly populated areas in Canada with South Asians and we have plenty of Indian food places here to satisfy those cravings!

I got chicken biryani a mild vegetable curry, a garlic naan and 3 papadams. It was enough to last me 2 days.

I love chicken korma.

That's great, Leanne.

I just get the frozen prepared stuff. Being in a small town, there's not much choice. Unless you want pizza. I don't know how the town supports 5 different pizza joints.

Julie - it's nice to have enough left over for another meal.

Might get pasta for supper tonight. One restaurant has discount Tuesdays, which is good because their regular prices are ridiculous. Although they are generous portions, so I'll be able to get two meals out of it.

I sometimes get frozen or fresh prepared stuff from the supermarket but I have a lovely Indian/Nepalese takeaway and restaurant nearby so I like to get takeaways from there sometimes.

I hope you enjoy your pasta, Chris!

I have bought a cheese and Marmite pasty for my dinner. I've never had it before but I love cheese and Marmite so I hope to enjoy it.

Pasta is my weakness. Hope you enjoyed it, Chris! Its a perk to get two meals at least out of an order!

Not sure what Marmite is, is it Australian toast spread?
