Reposting what I just said:

The night that Miranda brought Steve to meet her friends, Big came to meet them at the club.

I loved Steve 'cause when Miranda was playing hard to get--when they first met--she said that she was going to meet her friends at like 9 o'clock and he said he'd be there. Then he turned around to leave and then asked one more thing: "What time are you really going to meet your friends there?" And Miranda gave him the right time which was like 2 hours before that and he gave her this little smile. I fell in love w/him then.

Actually when Steve met the girls, Miranda made a joke about him that was not funny at all and Steve asked to speak to her in private. He asked if she didn't like him or did she just have bad relationships w/men before. Afterwards he told everyone that he was leaving and the girls got mad at Miranda. She followed after him after seeing Big walk in the club looking for Carrie.
