Was in a car accident almost two months ago. This guy and I collided head on. My truck flipped over a couple of times and had to be totaled. I'm in a hard neck brace and have to sleep in a soft neck brace. We're paying for his damages but the guy and his insurance company don't want to pay for mine.

The police ruled it as a 'no fault' case because the hurricane knocked all the lights out.

I'm sore. I got neck and back pains. I had a slight concussion, severe whiplash, neck and back pains, cuts, bruises, a cut in my eye. It's been almost 2 months and new bruises are starting to pop up (one on my right arm and one clear across my chest. It looks like someone kicked me in the ribs.)

Thanks! But don't worry they got me on all kinds of meds from Vicodin to sleeping pills. I'm so high most of the time that you could call me a bird.
