I'm so freaking worried for my brothers right now. Ones in the hospital from a drug overdose, the other is in the eye of the hurricanes path that's about too hit, and his apartment is ground level.

He had to work till an hour before it made landfall, so he didn't have time too leave.

The city is facing utter devastation right now, I'm been crying all morning. My brothers car has flooded! They can't even evacuate if they wanted too.

So far his apartment hasn't flooded, but he can't leave because his car is flooded.. So he's stuck where he is at till the water levels go down. I'm hoping the rain doesn't cause the levels to rise.
