Tom entered the scene as Grace's new teaching assistant, and what started out as an appreciation for their fast friendship has grown into an obsession, er, admiration for their blossoming romance. God, why's this so hard? Um, OK. Well, we have been seeing each other for a while now. And it's uh, pretty great, and it's pretty scary, and I sort of can't believe it's happening. I mean, I really kind of thought this was not ever gonna happen to me, again. And, uh, well it's like this really big secret at work, and nobody can find out about it, and uh, I guess, you know for whatever reason, I felt that I should keep it from you too. And um, maybe because, you've never really seen me date, ever. Or maybe because, um, I was so sure that whatever it was, was gonna last for about you know, a nanosecond, or maybe because I felt like, uh, I don't know, like you couldn't handle it. I guess it's really because I couldn't handle it. Bobby: You brought him on our weekend and you lied to me the whole entire time. Grace: I know, I know. Bobby: You didn't even want me there at all. Grace: I did, yes I, of course I did. If I did something to make you feel that way, I am so sorry, Bobby. Believe me, you have to know that you and Jack are the most important part of my life, and you will be for the rest of my life. Nothing comes before that, OK? Nothing. But, um, you should know that um, I'm gonna keep seeing Tom. Because um, because.. I like him. Even though he does say "Let's hit it" way too much. Way too much. Bobby: He's not that bad, I guess.
